Tonight’s dinner was salmon and whole wheat flatbread from the grill, and broccolini steamed and then quickly sautéed with olive oil and garlic. Fabulous and healthy!

The bread is from the cookbook Artisan Pizza and Flatbread in 5 Minutes a Day. I love it, because you make the dough once per week, then anytime you want some flatbread or pizza you just take out a chunk and roll it out. This cooked in about 5 minutes on the grill.
